We operate systems and procedures throughout the company which are fully compliant with Certificates of Conformity and other requirements of many major manufacturing organisations around the world.

 

Inspection

DPC undertakes first class inspection procedures at first-off, intermediate production and final inspection stages. This is fully supported with CNC non-contact vision inspection system, together with CMM and calibrated inspection facilities which ensures items are produced with 'time after time' repeatability in accuracy, tolerances and quality finish - with zero defects.

JIT Delivery

As a sub-contract manufacturer we fully recognise the importance of dovetailing production schedules to meet those of our customers. We are therefore able to tailor our own workloads to meet JIT requirements when needed.
