Dawson Precision Components Limited (DPC) is an independent, family owned sub-contract engineering company established in 1965. Since then the company has gained an enviable reputation for the production of high quality, precision engineered parts and components coupled with outstanding personal service and customer care.

Variety of parts

Based in Shaw, Greater Manchester, DPC services a broad range of industries including instrumentation, medical, aerospace, military, modelling and Formula1; producing a wide variety of parts and components such as sensor shells, gear blanks, fasteners etc.

 

Repeatability in accuracy

DPC undertakes first class inspection procedures at first-off, intermediate production and final inspection stages.

This is fully supported with CMM and calibrated inspection facilities which ensures items are produced with 'time after time' repeatability in accuracy, tolerances and quality finish - with zero defects.

 

Order tracking

Our modern production control system constantly updates the progress of items through our factory, tracking items from initial enquiry through to despatch and invoicing.  This ensures that our customers are kept fully informed of progress and ultimately receive their orders on time and with zero defects.
